Every site we build runs on WordPress, hosted through Hostinger. We chose this combination intentionally. WordPress is the most widely used platform in the world, which means your site is flexible, scalable, and not dependent on us to function. Hostinger gives us reliable, fast hosting at a price that makes sense for small businesses. You own your site from the very beginning.
It starts with an introductory call. We get to know each other, talk through your goals, and figure out if we are the right fit. Once we decide to move forward, you receive a contract and we get to work. From there, we meet once a week at whatever time works best for you to review progress, share feedback, and keep things moving. Most websites are completed within four to eight weeks depending on the size and complexity of the project.
This is where we support you every day quietly and in the background. Every website we build is supported by a monthly care plan. This is a required part of working with Framework House, and we are upfront about that. Your site needs regular updates, security monitoring, and occasional adjustments to stay healthy and performing well. The care plan covers all of it. You will always have someone to reach out to when something comes up — by phone, email, or text.
Say you would like to update a page, content or delete something. This too is included in your monthly care plan.
We handle that too. Good content is just as important as good design, and we have a trusted team to support it. That includes a talented photographer, a graphic designer, and a content creator All people we work with regularly and trust to represent our clients well. Whether you need photos taken, a logo refined, or help finding the right words, we can point you in the right direction or handle it directly.
Yes, for clients who want it. We work with a specialist who handles Google Business management and search visibility, which helps people actually find you online. We also offer social media management and scheduling for businesses that want a consistent presence without adding it to their own plate. None of these are required, but they are available when the time feels right.
